Vintage Late 50s Gold Drape Dress - Fixer Upper

While this dress is extremely flattering on, it does need work. The fabric is good, no holes or tears but stitching along the collar and hem are shot. The final image in this series is the dress turned inside out to show collar.

If you've got an afternoon and some gold thread you can tack the collar, the hem and a few seams with a quick whip stitch and you're good to go.

There are subtle water stains from a steamer that I believe will disappear after dry cleaning (see image 3 and 4). I feel these are unnoticeable if you're planning a candelit dinner at a fine restaurant the night you receive this in the mail and want to wear it.
